HOW DO WE DO OUR WORKS?

For those that is not familiar with 3d rendering / computer graphics, the illustration below might give a good understanding of how a typical 3d render is produced.

Step 1. Data Gathering

To be able to start with the project, we require all necessary architectural data of the project to be sent in to our e-mail address either in cad dwg files or as a scanned images of manual drawings
Our minimal requirements are just any images / sketches that might be able to give us a better understanding of the projects. The datas can be in form of one-line (napkin style) sketch of the plan and elevation or a 3d cad model of the design. As long as we can read the dimension and intention of the project, we can start straight away.
For some projects, for an additional hourly fee, we do provide creative designing package to design that extra detail and takes some design burden off our fellow architects.

Step 2. Modelling Stage

This second stage involved creating a full 3d model of the project. The whole modelling process usually takes about 2-4 days depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of details required.
On a very simple design, however, the whole modelling could be done in just a few hours time.

Step 3. Rendering

As soon as the modelling process is finished, we would immediately start building textures and lighting for the model. At this stage we will start to send in preview updates on the project. Any comments and changes for the rendering can be made at this stage, as well as determining preferred camera angle, colours, materials, ambience, textures, and atmosphere of the final presentation.

Step 4. Revision

We understand there is no project without revisions. 3DA allows for 2-3 minor revisions on colour, texture or details prior to finalizing the image. There is additional charges that applies for major revisions such as a change in elevation, roof or even floorplan that was done after the modelling stage.
Please do provide the information regarding all revisions as soon as possible, as we are always rushing to meet deadlines. A delay in passing on information means a loss of valuable time that is greatly needed to finish the project in time.

Step 5 . Delivery

When the final presentation image is approved, a larger format file (in JPG, TIFF, or TGA format) could be sent in using any method that the client prefers. For high-res JPG images we would recommend to deliver the final images using e-mails or FTP site.
For other type of formats, a courier service is needed to deliver the final presentation to the client's postal address. For the best output, please advise us on the final output type or size that is required (billboard / brochure advertising / powerpoint presentation)
